The experience has been amazing. I started in February 2022 and been doing 3 classes a week. My fitness has significantly improved and l love that the coaches and team mates are very supportive. Ascension is such a friendly place and it feels like my second home. I look forward to going in for my sessions, yes the workouts are hard but l love them. My overall fitness has improved and l don’t only feel good physically but emotionally too.

Brian – I recently joined the over 60s group CrossFit . I was introduced to the club by a good friend of mine who’s been a member for some time. Basically, I’d always exercised on my own but now that I’ve joined the club I’ve met some lovely people who I enjoy training with.
