Memberships and Services
If you have chosen a monthly membership, please note this membership is on a rolling one-month contract, with a 2 month initial commitment. If you have chosen a Bulk Buy, your membership will expire when you have used your 10 sessions or when 3 months have passed, whichever is soonest.
If you need to pause your membership for any reason, you can pause for 1-3 months, maximum twice in one 12-month period. There is a £5 per week charge to retain your space and price. Otherwise, your membership will be cancelled.
If you need to cancel, please provide one month’s notice by completing our cancellation request form located here. Please note, memberships and drop-in sessions are non-refundable.

Bookings & Cancellations
Group classes
These need to be booked in advance through our Octiv app. Certain classes are more popular than others and can get booked up very quickly. You can book as far as one week in advance, and as late as 1 hour in advance.
The ‘week’ runs from Monday to Sunday. If you are on a membership with weekly attendance, it will renew each Monday; unused class will not be carried over.
If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel as soon as you are able to, to allow others to take your space.
• Daytime classes – 3 hours before the class
• Early morning classes (before 9:30am) – 8:30pm the night before.
Please note that if you cancel within the cancellation window, you will lose that session as it will count as one of your class credits.

Personal Training
Cancellation of personal training should be at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled less than that will count towards your monthly session agreement and hence lost.
