Our most popular class! Join in a functional fitness group class, each session has a structured programme building you from strength to strength over time. Our sessions include weightlifting, gymnastics-based movements and conditioning. CrossFit is about expecting the unexpected, and that’s what you will find with our sessions. No class is ever the same but all classes will teach you skills and get you fitter.
Looking to start at a lower level? Or simply just want to develop your cardiovascular engine? This is the class for you. In Engine Club, the workouts will incorporate both weighted and bodyweight movements, while also making use of our cardiovascular equipment. Just because its ‘lower skill’ doesn’t make it less fun or less work, so expect to leave feeling like you’ve done a workout.
Classes designed around the sport and training style of Olympic weightlifting. In these sessions we will spend time focusing and developing your skills in the Snatch, and Clean & Jerk movements. We also incorporate accessory movements to these two lifts. These sessions are designed and accessible to beginners of any age as well as the more advanced lifters with sessions being taken by British Weightlifting Qualified trainers.
Our open gym sessions are opportunities for free-format training. This is where you can pop down to follow your own programmeming, do competition qualifiers or simply work on a skill. Coaches will be available to ensure your safety and guide you on movements and workouts.
